Description

Here's my theory on how Casper the Ghost was born... out of the soul of Richie Rich.
this was done during my days at channel frederator on their retro animation show, refrederator.

The idea is a mess by Bart Simpson.

Casper and Richie Rich worked together many times, BUT Richie always dismissed the adventures as dreams, maybe to protect his sanity.
